PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
Lviv city, November 3, 2024
This document is a public offer proposed by the individual entrepreneur Tanchynets Natalia Vasylivna, taxpayer identification number 3644803665, acting on the basis of an Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”), for an unlimited number of persons to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer and determines the terms of providing tattoo art training services at Lovito Studio. Visitors to the website https://lovito.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) accept the terms of this Agreement by submitting an application for participation in the courses.
1.2. The Contractor provides training services for the courses specified on the Site, without payment on the Site. All details regarding the tariffs and terms of training are discussed with the client separately.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with services for training in the art of tattooing from scratch, which includes technical knowledge, development of personal style, practical classes under the guidance of Lovito Studio masters.
2.2. Services are considered provided after completion of the course provided for in the program agreed with the Client.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Contractor undertakes:
To provide training services in accordance with the selected course.
To provide the necessary conditions for training and access to materials.
To inform the Client about changes in the schedule or program of the course.
3.2. The Client undertakes:
To comply with the terms of attending the course specified in the program and agreements with the Contractor.
Pay the course fee according to the tariffs agreed with the Contractor before the start of training.
4. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
4.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the tariffs indicated on the Site or agreed upon during personal communication with the Contractor.
4.2. Payment for services is made on the terms agreed with the Contractor, directly with the Contractor (outside the Site).
5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to provide services for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, illness, etc.).
5.2. In the event of a violation by the Client of the terms of this Agreement, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of services until the violations are eliminated.
6. OTHER CONDITIONS
6.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. All changes will be published on the Site and come into force from the moment of their publication.
6.2. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
