Terms of Returns and Exchanges Equipment and goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The goods must be: - in new condition, without traces of use; - in full factory configuration; - in original packaging.
Goods that are not subject to return or exchange According to the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as due to the specifics of the products, the following are not subject to return or exchange: - cartridges after opening the package; - pigments; - consumables in an open form; - equipment that has been in use.
Grounds for returns or exchanges We consider applications in the following cases: - manufacturing defect; - mechanical damage during delivery; - discrepancy with the description or photo.

You must attach a photo of the product, packaging and a brief description of the situation to your application.
Application review The application review period is from 3 to 5 business days. We will contact you to clarify the details or confirm the decision.
Refund Refunds are made:
- to the buyer's bank card;
- in cash upon personal return to the studio.
The return period is up to 5 business days from the moment the application is approved. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return shipping, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during transportation.
Exchange of goods Exchange is possible in the same cases as returns. You can make a request for exchange via Instagram or the form on the website, or in person at the studio.
Equipment Warranty - The warranty for tattoo equipment (machines, power supplies) is 6 months. - The warranty applies only to factory defects. - To process a warranty claim, a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice) is required. - In case of violation of the operating conditions, the warranty is not provided.
Documents An online receipt or invoice is provided upon purchase. - For a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase.
